“Very pure and precise, this has great elegance on the medium-bodied palate. Still tightly wound, but the intensity and refined chalky minerality in the tense, superlong finish are stunning. With aeration, a wonderfully subtle aroma of orange blossoms emerges. From a 0.25 hectare vineyard planted in the 1970’s. From biodynamically grown grapes. Unfiltered and unfined. Drinkable now but best from 2026.”
