The fine, discreet effervescence transports us to a realm of elegance and refinement. Notes of flint marks the origin of this historic Verzy terroir. The long finish, both saline and chalky, confirms the exceptional terroir and quality of this Verzy 2014." - Winery Notes

Each facet combines to provide a harmonic balance of freshness and energy. Deep impactful color and floral on the nose, elegant black fruit, smoke and wet stone are delicately woven alongside a sophisticated acidity across the palate. The density of fruit provides generous weight that leads to balanced tannin and a distinguished, vibrant finish." - Winery Notes

Drinking Window: 2030 - 2050 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 98 VWM. 98 RV, 98 OC, 98 GL Region: Bolgheri ABV: 13.5% "The 2022 Sassicaia is a particularly impressive achievement. In a vintage characterized by significant heat and drought, Tenuta San Guido has once again proven why this estate is in a league of its own. This is a triumph of terroir and timing, delivering a wine of aristocratic elegance and surprising freshness that defies the season. While many 2022's from Bolgheri are opulent and broad, Sassicaia remains steadfastly classic. The estate's decisions to harvest early to preserve acidity has paid off distinctively. The nose is deep and introspective, offering a sophisticated blend of creme de cassis, wild blackberry, and dark plum, lifted by signature notes of Mediterranean herbs, cedar, graphite, and a touch of fresh mint. It possesses a dense core of fruit, yet it feels weightless and energetic, driven by a vibrant spine of acidity. The tannins are incredibly fine-grained and polished, providing a seamless structure that guides the wine to an exceptionally long, savory finish." - Orazio Campoli

Drinking Window: 2025 - 2037 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 96 JS Region: Givry ABV: 13 - 14.5% "This is all dried flowers and spices, making it a unique expression of the Cote Chalonnaise. Made for the ages, but relatively accessible already. Enormously concentrated, but still light on its feet. You really feel that this must have come from a very stony site; those wines can be austere, but this is not. Very limited production. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold." – James Suckling

The palate is full-bodied with silken, almost melting tannins and a texture that’s seamlessly integrated, supported by refined, mouthwatering acidity. This is in complete harmony and very well made from an exceptional vintage and an exceptional vineyard. Drink or hold." - James Suckling - Tasted Dec. 2025

Drinking Window: 2030 - 2065 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 99 Falstaff, 99 AMA, 99 AVV, 99 JMQ, 99 JL Region: Bordeaux ABV: 13.5 %"One of the most refinded and seamless wines of the vintage is the 2025 Palmer, a blend of 55% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Petit Verdot that wafts from the glasswith aromas of sweet blackberries, plums and licorice complemented by floral accents of violet and wisteria. Full-bodied, suave and layered, with a deep and concentrated core of fruit, brightacid and supple tannins, it's already harmonious and complete, concluding with a long, penetrating finish. At only 13,5% alcohol, this is quite a bit lower than most recent sunny vintages of Palmer." - 6 on Order- William Kelly, Wine Advocate

Medium-bodied. Youalmost don't see the tannins, but you know they are there. So silky and endless. It has the core of fruit of the best vinatge. 50% merlot and 50% cabernet franc." - 6 on Order - James Suckling

A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc, it's full-bodied and richly textured, perhaps a bit warm and open-knit because of the summer's heat, but with a long, velvety finish attractively tinged with mocha and dark chocolate." – Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate - Tasted: June 2023

The wine is softly saturated with black currants, blueberries, spearmint and black olives for a comforting, mouth-filing expression that is at once powerful and gentle. It feels layered, deep and creamy." – Wine Enthusiast - Tasted: Sept. 2023

Stored in 80% new French oak before bottling, this is a massive beast. A brilliant mélange of blackberry combine with tar, graphite, anise and creme de cassis on the plate. Big and round, with refined tannins and a generous mouthfeel, everything is firing on all cylinders." – Owen Bargreen - Tasted: Nov. 2024
