The purity of fruit here is off the charts. The wine is all about silk and velvet textures from that point forward. The finish is so expansive, it feels like it keeps on going, moving across an array of flavors long after you've put the wine where it is supposed to go. This is the best wine yet produced by Jean Phiippe Delmas yet. Bravo!" - Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider - Tasted: May 2018

Drinking Window: 2028 - 2082 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 100 WI Region: Australia ABV: 14.5% "A robust Grange from a lauded vintage, this wields sheer power with such compelling prowess. Uncompromising Grange. There are rich blackberries and plums on offer, together with brazen oak and abundant notes of blackcurrants, black cherries, charcoal, cola and hard brown spices. So fleshy and intense. Dark-chocolate and cocoa-powder aromas and flavors here, too. The tannins are polished and long, extruding deep into the finish and holding endlessly. Dark chocolate, black cherry, dark plum and more. Impressive. Brazen. One of the great Granges that will drink magnificently for decades to come." * James Suckling - Tasted: June 2022

Drinking Window: 2025 - 2050 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 98 RP Region: Mount Veeder ABV: 14.9% "The Jackson family purchased the Veeder Peak property in 1994, from which the fruit for this Lokoya bottling comes. The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder offers up fabulous spice notes, ranging from cinnamon and clove to anise and sage, all layered atop a dark-fruited base of black cherries and cassis. Full-bodied, concentrated and rich, yet silky smooth, this is tannic but ripe and polished, balanced and long on the finish. Maybe the strongest of the Lokoya bottlings this year?" * Joe Czerwinski , Wine Advocate - Tasted: Oct. 2025

Somewhat restrained, delicate cassis, ripe dark wild berries, fresh plums, candied orange zest. Complex, tightly meshed, ripe cherries, fine currant. finesse-rich acidity, silky tannins, mineral- salty, very long lasting, a seductive wine of great freshness and delicacy, already very well developed, delicate sweetness on the finish, certain ageing potential for many years to come." * Falstaff - Tasted: Jan. 2023

Drinking Window: 2026 - 2077 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 100 Falstaff, 100 AL, 100 WI Region: Pauillac ABV: 14 - 14.1% "Deep, dark, garnet in color, the wine is equally dark in its fruit, cigar wrapper, smoke, espresso, leaf, cedar, and spice profile. With elegance, power, firmness, and silkiness, the wine on the palate immediately cuts a wide swatch across your palate. All that regal, ripe, sweet, fruit and crushed gravel stick with you almost seamlessly for more than 50 seconds until you reach the endnote with salty, mineral-driven kick in the endnote. This is a fabulous Latour that will age for decades." * Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider - Tasted: July 2022

Drinking Window: 2018 - 2048 Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 99 RP, 95 CT Region: Mount Veeder ABV: 14.4 - 14.9% "The nearly perfect, inky/purple-colored 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder boasts abundant aromas of blueberry pie, ink, violets, burning embers, and camphor. The staggeringly intense, provocatively complex aromatics are followed by a full-bodied wine with exquisite concentration as well as a stunningly pure texture. One of the most prodigious 2007 Cabernets I tasted, it should provide magical drinking in 5-6 years, and last for three decades or more." * Robert Parker - Tasted: Dec. 2009

On the nose attractive fine oak notes, red cherry, cassis, fine floral components and a hint of exotic spice. The palate is full- bodied, with fine fruit, silky tannins, a hint of nougat, very good freshness, perfectly balanced with cherry and saline nuances on the very long finish, incredibly seductive and inviting, with guaranteed ageing potential. This wine is already so inviting today that you will have to hide it away well or buy a lot of it." * 5 - 100 Point Perfect Scores! Drinking Window: Size: 750mL Critic Scores: 100 AGC Region: Napa Valley ABV: "This is the darker expression of WRAITH, and I tend to prefer it in 2022. The wine is profoundly soulful and deeply penetrating. It’s boldly rich red and black fruits, warming spices, and sinewy tannins unfold in mesmerizing precision, flooding the palate with the most succulent, umami, and lush textures. The WRAITH Holy Quest is a barrel selection that embodies Jayson Woodbridge’s personal journey to fuse his life with wine as ‘a bodyguard, a protector—like body armour—shielding you from the buffeting forces of life.’ During my tasting with him in 2024, he offered this detailed explanation of Holy Quest: ‘[This is] a small, rare portion of WRAITH, [which is a wine] based on the legend of the Knights Templar. On Friday the 13th, the Templars were betrayed and extinguished by the corrupt French King and Pope. These knights, protectors of the realm, wore the Armour of Light. Still, as they prepared to create immortals, they forged the Armour of Night—allowing them to become vaporous at night, solid during the day, and safe only within the sanctity of Templar churches. The WRAITH label speaks to this secret, explaining how only two Templars can pass through the hidden seal—read the label closely." * (JC) Decanter - Tasted: January 2025

It’s full-bodied with incredible depth and length. It goes on and on. Reminds me of Latour from the late 1940s." "Wow." "Will age forever. Drink now or hold." * James Suckling - Tasted: Sept. 2025

"Highest Cabernet Sauvignon on record (since 94% for the 2010 vintage), stately and reserved at first, then totally joyful. The right austerity, coupled with squid ink character and fabulous hidden depths that are going to take their time to fully unroll, with the incense of the oak coming through only after a good 10 minutes in the glass, you barely perceive it on the first tasting. What a beautiful Mouton, great stuff from wine director Jean-Philippe Danjoy. 52% Grand Vin, basically pure old vine Cabernet, and an interesting side note - in September there was no weekend picking, a clear indication that there was no stress about the harvest dates." * Jane Anson, Inside Bordeaux
